AM · Cognizin®

Citicoline

Supports attention, working memory, and healthy brain energy metabolism in healthy adults.

In the formulaCiticoline 500 mg (as Cognizin®), in NeuraLegend™ AM. Serving size on the AM panel is 2 capsules.
SourceKyowa Hakko Bio, Japan. Fermented citicoline. Not a generic choline salt.
What the number means500 mg is the citicoline amount. It is the dose used in published Cognizin research in healthy adults. AM has not been studied as a three-ingredient combination.
What it is notNot caffeine. AM contains no caffeine.

AM · enXtra®

Alpinia galanga extract

Supports sustained mental alertness and focused attention over a 5-hour window, without caffeine.

In the formulaAlpinia galanga extract 300 mg (as enXtra®), in NeuraLegend™ AM.
SourceENovate Biolife, India. enXtra® is their trademark, now part of OmniActive.
What the number means300 mg is the extract amount used in published enXtra research in healthy adults. The alertness window in that research ran to 5 hours. It is not a stimulant dose, and it is not caffeine.

AM · PM · Suntheanine®

L-Theanine

Promotes a calm, relaxed mental state without drowsiness. In the evening serving, supports healthy sleep quality and sleep onset in healthy adults.

In the formulaL-Theanine 200 mg (as Suntheanine®) in NeuraLegend™ AM and again in NeuraLegend™ PM. Each formula carries its own 200 mg. A day of both is 400 mg. That combined amount is arithmetic, not a separate studied dose of the brand.
SourceSuntheanine® from Taiyo Kagaku. The material used here is produced in Korea. It is the pure L-isomer, made by enzymatic synthesis, not a tea extract and not a D/L blend.
What the number means200 mg is the L-theanine amount in each serving. That is the Suntheanine dose used in published research in healthy adults for calm alertness and for sleep quality.

Core · ErinaPrime™

Lion's Mane mycelium

Daily support for healthy neural structure and long-term cognitive resilience.

In the formulaLion's Mane mycelium 500 mg (as ErinaPrime™), in NeuraLegend™ Core. Standardized to 1% erinacine A. 500 mg of mycelium provides 5 mg of erinacine A.
SourceGrape King Bio, Taiwan. Produced by submerged liquid fermentation and freeze-dried to a mycelium powder. Grain-free. No grain fillers.
What the number means1% is the erinacine A standard, not a marketing grade. Erinacine A is produced in the mycelium. This is not a fruiting-body powder, and it is not a blend of mushroom and grain. The name ErinaPrime™ identifies the material. It is not a claim that no other brand can buy mycelium in this class.
What this formula is forNeural structure and long-term resilience. Not a daytime focus or memory formula. That job belongs to AM.

PM · PharmaGABA®

gamma-Aminobutyric Acid

Promotes relaxation and supports sleep onset in healthy adults.

In the formulagamma-Aminobutyric Acid 160 mg (as PharmaGABA®), in NeuraLegend™ PM.
SourcePharma Foods International, Japan. Fermented GABA from Lactobacillus. Not synthetic GABA.
What the number meansThe serving uses 200 mg of PharmaGABA® powder at 80% GABA. That delivers 160 mg of gamma-aminobutyric acid. The amount that matters is 160 mg, not the powder weight. Published PharmaGABA research used 100 mg. This serving is above that floor. It is not a claim that 160 mg was a separately studied dose, and it is not a claim that 160 mg works better than 100 mg.
What it is notNot melatonin. PM contains no melatonin.

Supports the body's antioxidant defenses and healthy glutathione levels.

In the formulaReduced L-Glutathione 250 mg (as OPITAC®), in NeuraLegend™ PM.
SourceKohjin Life Sciences (Mitsubishi Corporation Life Sciences), Japan.

What it is notNot S-acetyl glutathione. OPITAC® is reduced L-glutathione. Those are different molecules. Papers on S-acetyl glutathione are not evidence for this ingredient.
